Sing with Spirito!
Do you love to sing? Come sing with us! There are lots of ways to get started singing with Spirito! Audition alone or in a small group to secure your spot right away, or attend one of our Open Rehearsals to get a sense of what Spirito is all about.
FORTE SINGERS
No audition is required for Forte singers. Singers should come on the first day prepared to play singing games to determine their voice’s most comfortable range.
RAGAZZE AND BRAVURA AUDITIONS
Singers can choose one of two options
for their audition:​​

PRIVATE AUDITIONS are best for singers who already have some vocal experience, or feel more comfortable singing by themselves. Private auditions include just the singer and the ensemble conductor, are held either in person or via Zoom, and include vocal warm-ups to determine range, ear training and rhythm exercises, and sight-reading (for Bravura only).

GROUP AUDITIONS are best for singers who feel more comfortable singing with others, or who have never participated in a choir before. Group auditions are held in person, and auditioning singers will join current Spirito singers to sing some choral warmups, play musical games, and learn a simple song to sing together.
A parent or guardian must be present
for singers in grades 5-12.

OPEN REHEARSALS​​
Never been in choir and want to know what it’s like? Join us for an Open Rehearsal and learn what being a Spirito singer is all about. Sing warm-ups, learn new music, strengthen your listening and vocal skills, and meet people who love to sing – just like you! Loved your Open Rehearsal and want to come again? Stay afterward to meet your director and sing a placement audition, either alone or with some new friends.​
