Spotlight on: Tabitha Burchett, Advanced Theory Instructor

Tabitha Burchett is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance at the Wheaton College Conservatory of Music. She began her musical studies as a violinist, and has played with youth orchestras in Indiana, Alabama, and Colorado, including touring through China. She was a finalist in the Steven D. Petrulis Concerto Competition in 2009. On the vocal spectrum Tabitha had participated in musicals and children’s and adult choirs. Her vocal career came to full realization at Interlochen Arts Camp, where she participated in the Choral and Operetta program. Her interests vary from music theory to Sudoku, from alpine skiing to reading and baking.
